Default P0420 on 2000 Echo

Hi,
A couple months ago had check engine light come on. Had it checked and was told it was a front O2 sensor code, but that I could wait a month or two before fixin. Waited 1.5 months went to have it fixed and now a P0420 code, got the cat converter replaced (great deal only $260.00). Now two weeks later P0420 code keeps comin back on. Took to my mechanic, they can't figure it out, say the car works fine, even when driving with their computer, can't see any problems. Both O2 sensor in front and behind cat converter testing fine.

Same P0420 code keeps coming on. Anybody know what this may mean???
Thanks!
