LX450/Cruiser Front Rattle/Squeak

I've recently purchased a 97' LX450 with about 99k miles. It's in fair condition, and so far I've had to replace the shocks (Old Man Emu), brakes, tires, plugs, wires, fluids, wipers, battery and a couple odds and ends. Now that its been in the single digits here in Utah, my front windshield area makes a terrible squeak every time I hit a bump. It sounds like the front dashboard or windshield is trying to wiggle out of the truck?? I mean, this is really loud!

I've tried to stuff a piece of black felt between the windshield rubber and where the dash meets. So far this has had no impact on the noise. It is a rattle in combination with squeak, and I wonder if any other Cruiser/450 owners have the same problem??

Please help, before I go insane!
