when it does start, how long does it stay run for, and how well does it idle?
the 22re is the EFI version of the 22 right?
check your oil and water for mixing, make sure you dont have a blown HG.
check vac lines, be sure none are loose or broken.
check wires, connectors, fuses. especially the cd, afm, and tps.
