Default Replacing the foglight on a 1991 celica GT-S 4cyl.

Hello Toyota fans.
Yes- I searched before I posted this question.
No help there.
I need to replace a foglight on a 1991 Celica GT-S 4-banger.
This needs to be done, for my lil sister.
I hear horror stories that you have to remove the bumper.
I sure hope not.
I hope it's a simple install from behind the housing, like a headlight,
leaving the lens cover intact?
In other words.., unplug the electrical plug, twist it out from the BACK,
and proceed?
Any serious advice will be highly appreciated.
Thanks.
