Default Air Conditioning on a 93 T100

I want to try and get the air to work on my T100. The belt is missing so I bought one at the parts store. When I tried to put it on I noticed that a pulley was missing. It the one that puts tension on the belt. The parts store carries the pulley but not the bracket that mounts it. Does anyone know where I might find the bracket?

I called the dealership and the guy told me that the pulley mounts on the same bracket that holds the AC compressor. I guess I was just looking to mount the pulley in the wrong spot. No one ever accused me of being a mechanic.....
