Default 2000 Echo - gas overfill valve

Is the gas overfill valve (OVRV?) a separately replaceable part or does the whole charcoal cannister need to be replaced?

My vehicle has the irritating to fill at the pump symptoms and is throwing P0440, P0441 and P0446 EVAP codes.

Oh, this is my first post. The car has a couple other issues - is it better to put all the issues in one thread or make seperate threads for each issue?

Thanks!

Well, embarrassingly enough, it looks like I made my first post in the wrong place. Could a mod or admin please move this thread to the "Out of Production Cars and Vans" forum instead of "OOP Trucks and SUVs"?

Thanks (blush)

Had the same problem on my 2000 Echo and had to replace the entire canister. If I remember correctly it was around $230 for the part. I had the dealer do the work as I had not time and they charged me about 100 in labor. Since then no more problems have been had and all is well.
