New Guy Here With 93 T-100/ Spark Plug Issue

I like the forum here. I have owned this 1993 T-100 SR5 V6 with 194,00 miles on it. Truck really runs great for a 4spd auto w/overdrive.

Was doing a tune up yesterday and the #4 spark plug when removing had half of a heli-coil frozen to the upper threads of the spark plug(WOOPS) Long story short replaced 5 of the 6 plugs. The plug with the issue I theaded back in with the partial heli-coil, it tightened right in place. Threads in head and the heli-coil are in good shape. Started truck, no problem. I plan to talk to a good machine shop the first of the week and check out my options. I'm hoping to have something done that will last for along time without removing the head. Someone mentioned some sort of sleeve installed in plug port???

Any input would be great.

Did you post this ? in the Engine/Driveline section? I know there are inserts available to fix this but other than that, I can't help.
