Default Re: T-100 Ride Height?

What size tires and rims do you have? What does the distance between the front bump stops look like?

When it stops raining...I'll be able to run out and check mine fer yah. I have Yokohama Geolander A/T-S LT235/75-R15 tires and I know that the distance from the ground to the body (right behind the mudflap) is about 14" on the left side and about 15" on the right. My bump stops are about equal distance. I'm gonna have to turn the torsion bar a bit to balance the truck out.

Oh...you can also crank the torsion bars down if it's too high. Also, check to see if they have a body lift or ball joint spacer...

Ball joint spacers...

2WD Ball Joint Spacers...

Definitely no ball joint spacers.

Doesn't the torsion bar only control the front end height?

CM
Yes, the torsion bar only controls the height of the fronts. Piccies of the underside would really help. Maybe they put in an AAL (add-a-leaf) to the rear leaf pack. They could've added a shackle kit...but without piccies I can't see to tell.

Default Re: T-100 Ride Height?

That looks about right fer the height. With my camper shell on and tools in the back...the height between the axle and the rubber stop is about 3.5". So I'm guessing that the height yer showing is with nothing in the bed. The 2WD leaf pack is supposed to be 4 leafs which you show.

What's the size on the rims/tires? Cause I can't even stick my fingers in between the rim and the backing plate at all and from yer piccies...there's a lot of space in between there.

Tire sizes from the stock 15" rims:

Plus Zero
225/75-15
255/70-15
265/70-15
30/950-15
31/1050-15
32/1150-15

Plus One
265/75-16
275/70-16
285/75-16

Plus Two
255/65-17
