I have the opportunity to get a V6 Full power/SR5 T100 What are the areas that I need to focus on looking at?

It has leather split bench & rear seat and is in pretty good cosmetic condition. My concern is that I will be buying someone elses headache.

It is a Texas Truck so I don't think rust should be an issue but where should I look?

I like the truck alot but am concerned. Please give me areas I need to look at.

I looked there before I posted and it is a great resource for after the truck is owned to help with issues but I don't see anything about things to look out for prepurchase. Like the breaks for instance on 2k Tundras.

Have a dealer run the VIN # and see if it was involved in the 3.4L head gasket recall - other than that you just want to treat it like any other used vehicle purchase.
