Are you sure it is the foam? My 96 seat springs are already worn out. They are just little guitar strings that run side to side under the foam. You can see tem if you look under the seat.
If your support is okay, any auto upholstery should be able to replace the broken down cushion material for about 60 bucks.

There are salvage yards throughout the country which do have my seat (60/40 auto SR5 rare blue) but it's a risk if they are in as good or better condition; most say something like "well, do you want it or not?" when I ask more than a few questions.
Anyone swap out for US made pickup seats or those from a car? Looking to spend less than a few hundred as it has 266k miles (runs almost flawless); prolly eventually replace it with another Tundra or new Frontier in a year, so this would be to carry it 'til then.
I may settle on a small sectional sheepskin.
