The PCV valve is located under the plenum in the valve cover on the passenger side of the engine.
It can be removed with a long pair of needle nose pliers.
But I would suggest removing the plenum, the PCV GROMMETand/or HOSE will be very hard and probably crack and break no matter what. It will be easier to remove the plenum and replace the PCV VALVE/GROMMET AND HOSE all in 1 shot.
Unless your feeling lucky, then you can try to remove it with the long needle nose pliers.
