Default 1984 maintenance

Hi,
I currently have an 03 tundra and just recently joined this forum.
I just took possession of an 84 5speed manual with 165,000 mi.
Apparently the only things ever done to it were a couple of brake jobs, tires, batteries and within the last mon a tune-up and coolant flush.
What I would like to know is what SHOULD be done now in order of importance. Such as timing belt, fluid flushes and the such.
So, if this was your truck what would you do to it?

Some things I`ve noticed while driving:
Brakes seem pretty good.
I hear a clunk when I shift, but not all the time. It shifts good through all gears.
I think there is a valve hitting, hear a tapping noise.
Tires are showing some wear.

Thanks~
