how to remove side panel

i have a 94 toyota pick-up, the power door lock on the passenger side does not work. i bought a replacement but i cant figure out how to remove the handle to roll up/down the window. how do you take that off?

There is usually a tool that is required to remove the crank, most auto parts stores will loan them out for free. Hope this helps.....
Also try doing a search for something like that under the search tab. There is a wealth of knowledge here if you just dig a little. Good Luck
