Its a cool looking truck, I hear that they are rare in the USA?? In australia there are heaps, we call them Toyota Hiluxes (utes rather than pickups).

Im 17 and soon to buy a 90's 4runner, I cant wait. I just sold my dirtbike to finance it.

Heh, I was just thinking about that truck this week and might try to find one. And yeah, it's an 85.

i myself loved that truck. when i built this 86 it was what i had in mind. living in new york this thing got a lot of looks. you just dont see them anymore. they rotted so bad there just not around anymore. one day ill find another and do it up the same way.

after watching this movie i realized that i pretty much owned the truck. i had to repaint it because it was tan.

its a 1986 carb. 5spd manual w/ 4x4
no ps pl or pw
custom paint and interior including seats

custom rigged it when i was 15, hope to keep it til im outta college. its a great truck and i cant believe that by chance i happened to get a truck so close to the one in the movie.

Yea ive always loved that truck since the first time i seen BTTF and said DAMN thats NICE

I now have an 84 Yota Pickup that id like to make into a replica but it needs some work

gonna have to do a swap from a 22r to a 22re and do all the body work.....already have the light bar and 2 kc lights and have to get 2 more for top of that and 2 for the front bumper dont know if im gonna change the wheels to that or not right now i have american racing rims on it with 33/12.5/15 probably going to downsize to 31/10.5/15


have to get rid of the fiberglass cloth that the guy before me put on it or maybe just get a new bed......

I do hope so. The trucks and cars used in the movies look really great, and some of it worthy of keeping.
