Default '87 sr5 with 200k+ mileage: Recommended maintenance??

I'm looking at buying a beater 87 sr5 5-sp 4x4 that has high mileage (200k+). I am wondering what you guys feel are essential maintenance issues to apply to the truck as soon as I get it.

Oil change, check plugs, transmission fluid check..

Any thoughts?

Nothing special. Just the fluids and coolant change. Maybe tappat clearance on the 22r.

i would definetly take the intake off and clean the sludge build up out of it and get the injectors checked for proper flow and spray. find out if the timing chains been replaced if not it probably needs it with 200 on it.

Where does sludge accumulate around the intake? Pre- or post-filter?
