The GEO's purrr a bit on the hwy but nothing to loud, you dont get a headache after a few hrs driving, they ride smooth and should last me approx 35k miles. They also are excellent in the dirt/mud/snow and slush. I have had them on my OLE Ford and now will never run anything else. They are a pleasure to balance.
Although people are trying to get me to switch to the TOYO MT, which is another great tire. The only diff is the sidewall is alot stiffer, which I might investigate for towing purposes, but they are $75 more per tire.

Yepper i was talking at ya!! thanks for info and i bet you can find plenty of action for that beast where you live!! will it tear the desert up? Those Geos are a nice tire as i was looking for some for my 93 $X$ and the Goodyear MTR's are a tad towards the mud side vs sand side for ABQ but they look nicer than the MTR's!! 35 K is not bad and balance is an issue i was concerned with the Goodyears!! tire shops say not much good in trying but they do what they can do??

She does good in the desert especially at speed . Not much of a rock climber as I am only a 2wd. When i bought the truck no one was into the off road scene. So I didnt think we needed it . Its ok tho , I know her limitations, she is more of a SHOW & TOW, but will stay up with just about any American Truck even with the heavy 35's and RCD. I am working on a new engine 500HP, but that is going to take alot of $$$$ and time, neither of which i have right now . But time will tell ( The mustang comes first)(see my gallery for new engine video)
I have had BFG's (YUCK) M/t's/All terrain/ and a Baja. They all suck as far as balance, they are a good generic off road tire and lasted me 44K miles, but I could never balance them, so long trips really sucked.

You should post some pics of your vehicles. The older 4x4's rock.
We had a 1992 Camry along time ago, sorry I got rid of it.

My 92 Camry started leaking something?? PS and oil both little low so i filled them up and wiped crap down. Think its going to carwash for engine cleaner with axle jack and jackstand for a bath!! did you ever have problems with your wheels clunking when ya hit the gas and not even hitting it hard? scared gearbox has issues, all CV boots are cracked but no leaks yet!! All my Toys are plane jane stockers, i had all the 4x4 action i wanted when i was a kid in Arkansas 1971 CJ5 Buick V6 Rebuilt motor and about 9 tranfer cases and 3 rear ends but man was it a blast!! It would lift tires 2" when ya could keep a tranny in it!! I put a Jeep Truck Tranny in it and it was much more reliable!!
