Unhappy T100 Driveshaft Vibration

took out the rear shaft and had it rebalanced a new joint installed in the rear and a new cv in the front, still vibrates, no difference at all. the mid shaft bearing has been replaced now, still no difference. can i have the drive shaft made into a 1 piece? stock truck with no lift kit. also does the rear end housing where the leaf/springs mount have a wedge on both sides for the pinion angle????
