Performance Exhaust SystemsDetailed discussions regarding performance headers, single, dual, street and off-hard racing exhaust systems for your vehicle.
This is a discussion thread titled "Corsa Exhaust !!!", within the Performance Exhaust Systems forum, part of the Technical & Vehicle Assistance Forums category.
Has anyone went out on a limb and tried this exhaust system? I know it is expensive but I've heard these systems on vettes and it sounds great. I would really like to hear some feed back before I spend $1k on a exhaust system !
If anyone has heard anything from a friend or from Corsa please inform the rest of the forum. Thanks for any information.
Dude, just do it. They make an excellent product so you really don't stand much to lose. Besides, do you really want to wait or do you want to feel that beast of a motor come to life?
**** all the exhaust systems for this truck are $$$$$. But before I make a mistake and spend all that money I sure as damn well wanna hear it on a truck

My Wife works for Corsa. I just bought a 2008 Tundra 5.7L
Corsa used my truck to fit the Corsa Muffler. The good news for me
is I got a system for free. The muffler works great. It is stainless.
The sound is great, adds HP, reduces backpressure, which might help your engine. These are engineered systems, they run dyno tests, sound tests, I think well worth the Money

Your post is completely meaningless without video.

Could you possibly post the dyno run's? and maybe some sound clips? B.
its corsa, out of everything aside from one off customs they are the best exhaust offered for the tundra, may not be as loud as some but probably were tested and developed the most they are above the rest of the systems that are available unless you did a one off custom tune

Corsa makes thru-hull exhausts for Go-Fast boats, don't they? Thats where I have heard the Corsa name before...B.
If I recall correctly, the quickest Tundra here (13.9 sec 1/4) is running a TRUE DUAL custom exhaust that cost $250, I think. sfz989 where are you?

Never argue with an idiot. They will bring you down to their level and beat you with experience!
yes, for fairly fast factory boats they do, also they do captains call which is a switch between thru hull and exiting under water to be quieter, i am into boats a bit, and most stuff i am into is just headers where you fool with collectors and tube lengths, but corsa is delt with a lot on not so custom boats, very good products

i havent heard it on a tundra. but i have heard it on vettes, and i have it on my 6.1 hemi. and heard it on a few others. it sounds amazing. corsa has an engineered sound that they try to get of every vehicle they make exhaust for. i couldnt be happier with mine. and i fealt is was well worth the money after hearing borla, and others on the same car as mine.

it is full from just in front of the muffler, from the flanges back, not all the way to the cats, but from the flanges a few feet in front of the muffler
