Performance Exhaust SystemsDetailed discussions regarding performance headers, single, dual, street and off-hard racing exhaust systems for your vehicle.
This is a discussion thread titled "Corsa Sport Split Side Installed Today", within the Performance Exhaust Systems forum, part of the Technical & Vehicle Assistance Forums category.
Wow!.... Wow!... Wow! Drove home 26 miles from work today both through city and on highway after install. First opinions: Love the sound. Clear, clean, classy rumble when you take off or floor it. When not into gas or going up a hill, I barely know it is there. 65 MPH cruise control drone? NO DRONE here! Split side tips look great. Got comps from my peeps at work. Lot of money ($937 delivered price + $150 install), but I love it! I now look forward to stop lights. Sound is perfect for me. With this truck's 5.7L motor, it needs to be unmuzzled! Hear exhaust only when I want to hear it, and it sounds gooooooood. Got it from www.truckcustomizers in 3 days with no issues and a tracking #. Don't be afraid of the Sport model being too loud. It's not! Gas mileage: Will suffer due to pedal action. Performance impact: Could care less! Sound clip link and pics are already somewhere on this forum. There is a reason I could not find a bad review about this exhaust here.

Congrats brother...I got the touring. I almost wish I got the sport. The sound is still there went you get on it and my "butt-o-meter" says there is definately more punch under acceleration. Corsa is a super nice product.

I emailed the general sales manager at Corsa a while back and they said that they (Corsa) cant do a group buy for us, but that we may want to contact one of their authorized dealers to work something out. He explained that they dont directly sell their product to the consumer, they sell to their dealers.
So if we are gonna do a group buy, we should talk with one of the onlin Corsa dealers to see what they can work out. I would be in for the GB.
