Performance Exhaust SystemsDetailed discussions regarding performance headers, single, dual, street and off-hard racing exhaust systems for your vehicle.
This is a discussion thread titled "Exhaust videos!!! finally!!!", within the Performance Exhaust Systems forum, part of the Technical & Vehicle Assistance Forums category.
Exhaust videos!!! sound clips!!! check them out!!!
here ya go. I'm sorry they are kinda long, I was by myself and had no other way to record. My camara doesn't give the sound any justice. Anyway, I already know alot of you will say "its too loud" your right, but that's how i like it. I've owned many vehicles and installed exhaust cutouts on almost all of them. That's just how i like my vehicles. LOUD
enough talk, enjoy, i hope it works...
Pretty awesome. Good sound. Who is the exhaust by?
me,myself, and i. It takes about 10 mins. unhook 4 bolts (2 from each side between the downpipe and midpipe, between the front doors and rear doors. get a cargo strap and strap the loose and useless exhaust out of the way (about 3 inches towards the passenger side) to the frame. if enough people want to do this, than ill get outside and take some pics once all the snow melts.

You should do it right and run straight pipes out the back with no muffler. No reason to keep all that stock piping and stock muffler on there if you like it loud and ride around with it like that IMO.

that is an option. But once i get down the the states, i am gonna put on electric cutouts. that way i can have it quite on road trips, and loud whenever i want it.

Ah very good idea. Cool. Definitely post up pics and vids again once you get those cutouts up and running.

Sounds bad *** man! I'm looking to get the electric cut outs myself. Was hoping URD would come out with an O2sim for our trucks so I could put em before the cats.
