I, too, have great service from Ron at Zoomer's. I bought my Zoomer's used. I called Ron with some questions. I'm not even a Zoomer's customer but he took the time to answer my questions. He checked to make sure that the product (came from a dbl cab) will fit my truck (crewmax).
Even afterwards, when I recieved the Zoomer's exhaust, there was NO accompaning instructions. Granted, it was pretty simple, but I hit Ron up again, just to make sure that I was doing everything correctly. The e-mailed me (b/c I could get it faster!) the installing instructions.
Keep in mind that I didn't buy my Zoomer's from Ron, himself, but he continued to give me support as if I did.
Now, about the build quality. I love the polished Stainless Steel finish. It is polished to a mirror finish. It looked so nice that I didn't want it to go on the bottom. I showed everyone. I made them craw underneath. You can still see a portion from the wheelwell.
Now the sound. I love it. Can't complain. I find myself just driving around now for no reason (or stupid reasons) where I would have put things off for a combined trip. So I don't know if I'm saving money, but I can truely say that I'm enjoying my ride more. The louder exhaust may get old, but right now, I'm loving every minute of it.
If you look at the Zoomer's site, they do dual exhaust (single in--single out) for Dodge SRT8. I'm thinking about doing something like that when I move up to supercharger in the future. But Ron says it would get "costly", somewhere up in the $1500 range for custom Dual exhaust. But for the build quality, I would say it is a steal.
