We now have a true bolt in test pipe setup for the 5.7 Tundra's. These pipes are designed to bolt up to our long tube headers to create the ultimate exhaust power package. The test pieces remove the rear cats for ideal flow and sound. They do have built in resonators to smooth out the sound. We also got almost 16 hp with these. For those looking to produce the most power out of their Tundra these are the ticket. Another benefit is that since everything is bolt on the system can be replaced with the stock components easily if the situation arises. Retail on these is $299 and are ready to ship now. Look for a group buy in the future. Here is a drawing of them since I am not at work at the moment.
The Resonators have course metal louvers and then are packed with glass/ steel wool combo. The FJ y-pipes make more than that. I believe those were over 17 hp towards the top. The 16hp was in conjunction with the headers.
Your claimed Hp over stock is now what ?(Lt's w/offroad pipes)
Im not understanding how you can gain 16 hp over the stock high flow cats
with a glass pack type resonator
Would you happen to know what material is actually inside those resonators ? as well as the length ? guessing 18" ?
Glass Wool ?
Ceramic Wool ?
Stainless Steel Wool ?
BTW,Is there any chance to get some viewable Dyno sheets on your website ? Expandable Zoom-Outs would be nice.
So many questions . . . . . . . just trying to understand

Negra, that may be some proprietary information you're requesting. But he did already say it was a glass wool / steel wool combo inside metal louvers. As for the rear cats, they're gone, resonators take their place.

The parts are much needed IMO,just hoping their not useing the above described "cheese" in the make-up. They will blow out very quickly and that would suck.

They material inside is much more than what was stated. It was just much easier to explain using glass/ steel wool combo. We do have gaskets in stock for them but they are not included.
