Default My exhaust setup, and a question?

Just bought an 09 Tundra Crew Max.
I just ordered a Flowmaster Super 40 9525454 muffler and a Summit H-Pipe.
On my 09 I noticed that the flange is located in a different location for the left bank compared to previous years.
Both flanges are a straight shot to the muffler.
So I would like to be able to unbolt the stock exhaust and have my new exhaust bolt up.
However I cannot find these exhaust flanges anywhere.
Where can I find them by themselves, or even better prefabed with a straight run of 2.5" pipe?

Thanks
