Exclamation New Exhaust, which one?

I'm looking to get a full exhaust system for me 2001 V6 3.4 Tundra, and I'm deciding between Flowmaster and Magnaflow (or if others, like Gibson, are suggested). I need to know which MAY be better, or if paying more for the Magnaflow is the best thing, or if going Flowmaster with their straight pipes would be good in itself.

That's a bit of a pandora's box you opened there. There really is no right or wrong. It is all opinion. Some guys will tell you that getting a complete cat back system is a waste of money and just buy the muffler and a tip. Some will say Flowmaster is better, some say Gibson, Magnaflow etc. They all have different sounds but again, some will tell you that a certain brand is loud and others will tell you that same brand is quiet. If you want some advice from people what you should do is describe what type of sound you want, what kind of cash you want to spend, and what you want it to look like. You will get a better response and more info relevant to what it is you are looking for.
Personally, I have a Magnaflow cat back system with dual tips out the passenger side. It looks great and was easy to install but droned like hell when I first go it but then it went away after a few months. It's all stainless and I think it was around $650 but I live in Canada so dont use that as a price guide for you. Got it from Hottexhaust.com they had a really good price and they also are in the states so you can check them out. Delivery was pretty quick. Good luck.

I forgot to add say what mine sounds like. I like it. It has a deep and throaty sound when you get on it but not bad at all when just cruising. Again though, that is on my truck. You could have the same truck and same exhaust and get a totally different sound. Good luck
