2000 Tundra JBA mid pipe Part #2010SY

I'm ordering JBA part# 2010 stainless cat4ward shorty header to replace the leaky stock manifold on my 2000 Tundra. ($373.46 for anyone shopping prices )

Do I need the mid pipe/ Y pipe part #2010SY ?

and should I use the JBA gasket ot get an OEM gasket ?
