There is no way anyone is reading by the time we get to this post.
Anyway, Dodge 2500 with V-10. Rode rough, but was pretty reliable. I was in the shop a lot, and spent a TON on repairs, everything but the motor. For example, pwr steering pump, A/C, various suspension parts, all the u-joints, ball joints, etc., etc. seals, transfer case, transmission blew immediately after I sold the truck, it was a gas hog, and it didn't tow my massive 5th wheel with any greater grace than this little half ton.
I'm still very pleased with the improvement.

My 96 2-door tahoe had a GM corp semi floating 14 bolt rear that I swapped in, loaded to the hilt, sound system, exhaust, stainless accessories, 2" lift, 33" tires, intake, and I LOVED THAT TRUCK. But after the 2nd trans failure at 154K miles, I decided that it was time for a new tow rig. Overall i'm happy with the tundra, and I wouldnt trade it back for my tahoe, but i do whish I had kept the 'hoe.
before that I had a 98 Grand cherokee V8, then a 94 Cherokee 2door 4.0, and an 89 blazer 2-door. (reverse order)
Drove my '04 TRD and really liked it. Test drove the '07 TRD and took it home! I had the 4.7 in the '04 and got 15-16 mpg city and 18-19 mpg highway. I have the 5.7 in the '07, and get 16-17 around town, and 19-20 on the highway (drove it with a "feather foot" on a trip to the beach once after I added an ARE bed cover, and the computer showed 23mpg for the trip!!!). Weird how a heavier truck with more displacement can better a lighter truck with a smaller mill when it comes to efficiency. Not complaining though! Anybody else have a similar experience?
Drove a '93 Suburban, hope my Tundra lasts that long
(That's my son on an Outer Banks fishing trip in front of the 'burban)

2004 Ford Ranger Edge 4.0L v-6. ps to other ranger owners, night and day between the 3.0 and 4.0. as far as power. Loved the truck, had a 3" lift on 33's, two 8's in the spots where the back seats would be, it could mob and fly through anything, well almost. Upgraded to the Tundra for the room, and I got 4x4 this time around for snow and sand handling. The Tundra feels more fragile than the Ranger did while off roading, but otherwise, my mpg with the v-8 4.7L is better, way more roomy, tows better and way more practical.. The ranger is fun when your young
