I've not seen or worried about it on my CM. However, I have aqbsolutely no doubt that I can find a set of rumble strips that can make any bed bounce. It is a matter of finding the right speed where it hits the natural harmonic of the bed/frame members.
Put a load in it and use it like it is made to be used and the bed will not "BOUNCE",,,,,
And stop Bitchin about it,,,,,,

Seems to be some people who are very defensive and flat out close minded about things around here. Telilng other people how to think or what to post just comes across as unedjucated and ignorant. If you fear debate and discussion maybe a public forum is not the place for you. I am sure there is a NASCAR race on or something....
5.7rcbsb Um Lets get real ,,,, Its a TRUCK,,,,,

I might be ignorant, sometimes the University of Texas screws up and gives doctoral degrees to us unedjucated, but I'm not being closed minded, MY TUNDRA RIDES GREAT! BTW... I hate NASCAR!

I generally prefer to watch the road rather then what my "TRUCK" bed is doing.
If its sitting between the bumpers all is well .....
If it bothers yall that much then have some steel pucks installed and weld that ^&*&^*~!
Whatever gives you security
My Tundra drives great! I have had many different pickups and this one drives as well as any. Trucks are supposed to ride like trucks. They are not cars. When they are empty they will be light in the rear end. Get used to it!!

I have seen this reference to "bed bounce" all over on this forum. What does it really mean? I don't quite understand, I have driven a pickup all my life and none have riden like a Lexus. They all ride rougher and buck more than a passenger car, SUV, or.... well anything else.
Is it just when rear of the truck bucks from bumps? If so it seems like a silly complaint to me, I feel it is normal in any truck, but maybe I don't understand what it really is.
My internet goes down for a week and I come back to 10 threads about bed bounce?
I was driving to work today thinking, "This is the best riding truck ever." Because I had just hit a bump on a curve and all my past trucks with the exception of the Tacoma, would always have the bed skip, but not with the new Taco/Tundras.
I don't know what bed bounce is, don't care. It rides great. Tired of all the people picking this thing apart. Bad bed bounce, bad cam recall, bad tailgates... well just so everyone knows, mine's bad *ss.
