Unichip - worth it or not?
Well, the Unichip ranges in prices from $565-$1000. Is it truly worth the money spent? I'm looking for better performance while towing.

Re: Unichip - worth it or not?
I got one used for about $300. It definitely helped, but it didn't help enough to be worth paying full price.

Re: Unichip - worth it or not?
Could you tell me in what way the Unichip makes better performances, if any..?
I test drove the 2007 Tundra and was amazed that the top speed has been regulated, while there's still so much torque left...
Just out of curiousity, what does the Unichip do, exactly..??

Re: Unichip - worth it or not?
unichip will give you :
faster 0 to 60 times
faster 1/4 mile time's. more HP & more torque.
proven by my dyno results posted here.
but if i was able like the 5.7 guy's are to buy the trd supercharger. than i'd spend the money and buy that over the unichip
but 700 or 7000 you decide.

Re: Unichip - worth it or not?
hi all,
read my post in the southeast section. it should enlighten everyone.
when you bolt on part's, although it does give you alot more hp & torque.
for the best result's, i highlt suggest the unichip.
why: if you custom tune the tune the unichip you will be able to get the most out of all you mod's.
my .02 cent's.
