when i first got it home i was worried that i couldn't get it in there, but after some gentle driving, i got it in! Its a tight fit, but i'm already used to it and I really prefer it to keep it out of the elements as much as possible... florida sun does a number on paint ...

I'm fanatical about keeping my rides in the garage. My DC Tundra fits, but you have to lube the sides up with KY and suck in before making an attempt. My garage is 235" long and the DC is 230.1" long. Park it any which way but dead square and the distance between the two is even less. A raquetball hanging from the ceiling is my visual parking aid and a large stack of concrete blocks on the floor is my "major load bearing wall less than 2 inches away" indicator. It took some getting used to, but I'm comfortable with it now.

I thought about using the raquetball thing, but came across this: Amazon.com: Park-Zone PZ-1100 Precision Parking Device: Tools & Hardware
and wondered how reliable it was.... if it was off by even a little just once i might close the garage door on my bumper.... anyone have one? It has good reviews, but the specs say min. distance is 0.5' and i'm less than that....

Of course. Has been in the garage for almost 5 years. Makes it easier to keep it clean and keep the paint looking good... I take the toy out for a ride about 2x per year (average of 100 miles per year) just to give her some exercise...I know, this is a special case, but you asked.

The mod list is long. Check some pics in my gallery for mod detail.
After I bought my dc I was forced to clean up my garage a bit. Now I can walk around the front of my truck but not the rear. I have a home make wheel chock glued to the floor that I pull up on that lets me know where to stop. I've used it for all of my vehicles moving it around as needed.
My last 2 homes have had these very small 19 by 19 garages. The Tundra fits with about 3 inches up front and 3 inches in the back. It has always been garage kept. One of the main reasons I never got the double cab is I'll be danged if i am going to buy a 30000 dollar truck and park it out in the elements where burglars, hail, sun, etc. can do their damage. My next home will have a large garage, at least 21 by 24 minimum.

Even with lift mine fits, but my wife's 06 SS gets to stay inside. Anymore I
prefer parking outside. It's quicker to leave and easier to pull up without
worrying about clearance.

thek 06 just fits in the garage. took out a wall between the garage, was a kids room before i moved in. now its a garage. also had to removed couple of shelves, sucks but, it was worth it.
I have a three car garage, with only, I state only a Tundra and a Honda CRV in it. Can I fit anything else in you ask? Well, let's just say the Tundra takes up two bays....
My pop up camper lives at a friend's vacant house, which he is selling soon. Makes me sick to my stomach that something has to live outside. I have a three car garage for crying out loud, why is that truck so friggin huge????

I always park in the garage. Along with my 21 foot tent trailer, the corolla, portable fishhouse, two bicycles, tundras old rims and tires, two tool cabinets and hundreds of dead boxelder bugs on the floor! We've got an infestation in MN this year.
