Re: Most annyoing topic in '07 Tundra complete thread?
IMO, threads like this are pointless and a waste of bandwidth. There are so many threads on the same topic. Use the search button. Sorry for the rant but the entire first page is mostly repeated stuff.

The lugnut debate! Who cares how many they have. As long as they hold the wheels on at max payload and towing capacity, why does it matter how many there are?
Re: Most annyoing topic in '07 Tundra complete thread?
The dealer pricing debate (which I would call it petty bickering actually). It's a new truck in high demand. It's going to be expensive for a while and the dealers want a big profit. Get over it.
Re: Most annyoing topic in '07 Tundra complete thread?
ya i say dealer debate becuase most dealers dont even have any trucks let alone prices! the lug nut thing is kind of legitament just because toyota has always been 6 lugs and i figure if people complain enought about the 5.5 foot bed then they will make a bigger one faster (double cab 04's are a prime example of that)
Re: Most annyoing topic in '07 Tundra complete thread?
I chose the other option. For me it's these (in this order)
1) ANY thread asking about how to make your full size double cab V8 powered truck get better fuel economy. Go buy a Camry Hybrid if gas is that big of a concern. Americans want MORE power and BIGGER trucks/cars/SUVs which drives the world's market of these over sized land yachts then they want a 40mpg economy car at the same time. Those people don't appreciate their truck for what it is nor do they plan to use it for what a truck should be used for so maybe they should just be rockin' a Camry Hybrid. I bought my truck for a purpose and realize that that comes at a price. I also realize that the cars that could save me a couple bucks on gas couldn't do what I need my truck to do so what's the point?
2) The thread where everyone points to me for all of the problems of the world for using my truck like a truck. Man, talk about uptight. The guy had thought he did severe damage to his truck and while I wasn't suggesting he knowingly destroy his truck I was trying to help him realize that what he had done wasn't all that bad and he would be fine. Some didn't see it that way and have gone out of their way to tell me how they feel so now I know what picture to post to get under their skin at every opportunity.
This forum seems to have a lot more cry babies and know it alls then other forums I've been on. Not a knock, just an observation from someone who's been around a few watering holes on this here internet.

Update: I just realized this was a specific 2007 thread so while my previous thread was truthful it isn't exactly related to this thread. Sorry for being illiterate.
