This is a discussion thread titled "Poll: Who makes better vehicles toyota or gm?", within the Polls forum, part of the Off-Topic category.
You'd think a news company would come up with a more specific question instead of such a broad, poorly defined one. What is "better"? It is the best build quality? That would be Toyota. Is it building more exciting, fun-to-drive vehciles? That would be GM. You can't really say one is flatly "better" than the other- each have their strong points and weak points.

17% to 83% for GM, what a joke, I was a die hard GM loyal customer until my brother bought a 1982 honda civic and we beat it to death for 6 years, and the I was smart enough to give the imports a second look. Bought a 87 Tacoma, 89 tocoma, 89 tacoma (not a mistake, it's a long story), 06 Tacoma, and several honda cars.
I have always tried to figure it out which is better, a honda or a toyota, anyone know for sure?
