Default $85,000 Tundra

The way I understand it is he has a loaded Tundra just delivered. He's offering to sell it for a profit and feels it might happen due to the fact it has options people just can't find, and the ordering process can take months.

I'm curious of everyone's opinions of this:

$85,000 Tundra

Sorry if it was already posted, I'm here every couple of days and didn't see it.

For $85,000 it better have a one off long travel lift kit, bigger tires and new bumpers made for off road

Wow, this is great! I was feeling sorry for myself because I'm not going to be picking up my loaded CrewMax for another 6 weeks, but I'm paying just under $40K so this means I'm saving $1,000 per day.

why not give it a try, I don't blame him......that isn't a bad idea. Look how much people were paying for playstation3 and nintendo wii. That said, I can't afford a $40k truck nevermind $80k

I think it's a somewhat smart idea to try to sell it for more, the only thing is...it's no longer even worth the 45k he spent for it. If he wanted to actually get somehwere, he ought to try to sell it for 46K...he still might not sell it, but at least he wouldn't look like a ding dong.

Personally though, I like pie...the kind that comes in a pan...ts

Call me LUCKY! I bought my Crewmax right off the lot without having to special order it! My crewmax even has all the same accessories minus leather and I only paid $40k.

Even though Toyota says that this truck is made in Limited quantities, I am sure you can find one sitting in the back lot of some dealership without being overpriced like the ebay fella!

I can't blame "a" guy for trying, but he could at least put something reasonable. He's just got some wild hopes and dreams, basically expecting there to be a complete rich moron out there.

If a dude is that rich, he probably didn't get rich by paying 200% for a new truck that's totally stock. Plus most rich guys don't want fully loaded 4x4 trucks, if they do they're going to be some super lifted modified truck, not a stock truck with absolutely nothing extra.

He should have listed for like $5K more than he got it for, then at least I'd think he's on to something. Otherwise, no offense to him but I think he's dreamin'.

I just sold my truck and one day this week I'm going to start looking for a new Tundra. Does anyone from the Houston,Texas or San Antonio, Texas area know of any good places where I can buy one and get a good deal.

Thanks

I think Yoda makes a great truck, but this guy is real greedy! I don't like people trying to get over on people like that reminds me of someone. He must work for an auto Dealer under cover somewhere or he is on crack!
