Well, we have three local Toyota dealerships in the metro area... the closest one (not the one I regularly use) the first time tried to hoo-doo me on a 96' T100 I was interested in... then when I take my Tundra there to get the oil changed (after I did not buy the T100), I was pretty upset. Some arrogant acting young kid came out and got into my truck and took it into the shop. He was just sneering as the cars came into the entry area. Anyway he took my truck into part of the service area where I cannot see. I stay outside, looking at the "new" cars on that side of the dealership... that is also the area where they park the cars after service. They cars were whipping in and out of there. There was a big speedbump that some dude kept going over even in NEW cars like 20-25 mph.

Well, I am on the opposite side of a Sienna minivan with tinted windows and I see my truck coming out, but this kid cannot see me. I see him "goose" my truck to the point where i see the front end raise up.... then he parks it on a slant and instead of letting the door close gently, he lets it slam shut. Then, I get home and see oil splattered all over the underside of my splash pan, which still has a little residue there. Then to top it off, he puts the "next service" sticker directly in front of where the driver sets and not completely to the top of the windshield.

I think they charged me something like $40.00. No, I was not happy and I think I even ranted about it over here after that.
The other dealer (about 25 miles away) would not even return my call with a price quote when I was interested in a 07' Camry... so that finished me off with them. So, I have been using the other dealer (22 miles away), which is actually where the POs had the truck serviced before. They are pretty nice, but the waits are very long. I had to wait 90 minutes one time just to have them check the fluid in my differential and lube the driveshafts. Last time I had it in just to have my tranny checked out, because I have a harsher 203 shift under moderate acceleration. Luckily all checked out fine and they only charged $30.00, but that was also a 90 minute wait.
Prices different too. The closest one wanted $65. labor to change my spark plugs... the other wanted $180. labor.
