Default CrewMax 4x4 LTD 5.7 TRD

I am looking at a 07 CrewMax LTD 4x4 5.7 TRD. I have a deal on the table of $500 over invoice, then $5000 in rebates. Does this sound like a decent deal, or is there a better deal to be made? The dealership has around 20 Tundras on there lot, so I'm sure they are wanting to move them before the 08 arrive.

Now for the really odd question, if I was to purchase two 07 CrewMax like the truck above, do you think there would be even more room to work the price?

There is a chane that there might be room to work with try to use
some of that rebate as a down payment instead of having them cut you a check
for the money and maybe no payments uitll next month or so that way you can
maybe save just a little bit of money and have them to throw in so extra things,
like bed extender.

I'll be trading-in my current vehicle, which hopefully I can get around $25,000 for, only owe $8000, so the difference would go down. Just didn't know if the $500 over invoice is too much? I'm thinking if I was to buy two Tundra CrewMax 4x4 LTD that there would be some more wiggle room in the price.
