Central Valley California Dealership Question

Anyone know of a reputable dealership in the central valley of California or a service rep that works at one. I go to college in Merced, and the dealership not only wants 100 dollars for the 10k tire rotation/ oil change/ECU VIN check, but 30 dollars of that is the VIN and ECU check. Also last time i went i am like 70% sure they used 5W30 against what i asked them to do, and just had the service rep sign it saying they used the right oil to try to change my mind.

Anyways dose anyone know a reputable service rep / dealership in the central valley from around Stockton - Fresno area
