Re: Who thinks they got the best deal on there Tundra?? Stop in.
It's hard to know your deal without the MSRP and final pay price. I got $8700. off MSRP on 08 Limited Doublecab. And, was happy to get it. I shopped from Tennessee to Texas and all between. Live in Louisisna and finally went to McKinney TX for best price.

Re: Who thinks they got the best deal on there Tundra?? Stop in.
I know everyone has posted about their second gen tundras, but i got my 2006 Tundra X-SP with 13,800 miles for $14,000. Well my dad bought that for me heck of a birthday present i thought. It was either a 2009 V6 camaro, or the tundra...I think i made the right decision. I LOVE IT!!
P.S.- Didn't want the camaro because well it was a V6 and i didn't want the title of "rich boy" at my school.

with negaotion skills like that you should buy a dealership. Your profit margin would be record setting.

Now that has nothing to do with negotiation skills. There is a certain price a dealer has to pay for that 08 CM 5.7L Truck you bought. DEALER invoice, not just invoice or MSRP, is probably around $31K. Perhaps you had a trade in, or you are alittle tipsy right now. After taxes and dealer fees, and title, Out the door (OTD) for $24,700 ...did you bump your head recently. Sorry but CASH doesn't talk that much! Why do I say all this because I just went through the process and I know. I have owned 20+ cars and have been to car buying classes to understand dealer tricks, costs, fees, and how to pay rock bottom price.
Just bought 09 CrewMax 4x4 5.7l Flex Fuel, OEM running board, mud guards, skid plate, mp3 stereo, tow package (includes HD battery, alternator, 4.3 axle, trans cooler, hitch, wiring, trans temp guage, and tow haul button) and bed liner.
Paid $30,500 before taxes, $31,200 after all fees. BTW it had 2k miles on it.

I'm still shopping for mine. Best offer I got so far was $1k under invoice, and then I would get the $2k rebate going on in the South East on top of that. I still think I can do better though. I may wait until December to see if they offer a better rebate.
Re: Who thinks they got the best deal on there Tundra?? Stop in.
I am horrible at negotiating prices, so I didn't get the BEST deal. I got my 2010 Tundra 5.7L Limited 4X4 for 42,500 OTD (low 41's before TTL). Reading other people's posts, I'm certain I walked away with a happy dealer, but I didn't see too many Limit ed's listed here. I know this is the nicest truck I have ever owned, and it has so many friggin features on it, I don't think I have discovered them all yet. I am still learning all the features included on the NAV system. I am always reading through the manual and read about something and have to go running out to the truck to try it out.
Honestly, I don't care how much the truck cost, I can afford it, and I am loving every minute of it. I can honestly say I love this truck and have no regrets. I didn't list all the features that came with the truck, it is a Limited and has a boat load of things in it, I know the same truck with a ford or chevy badge would have exceeded 50k easily.
A few factors that I figure effected the pricing was time of year (mid-August) and availability, you can't find a White DC, Limited, 4X4, w/Nav here. As a matter of fact, the dealer had this one shipped from Maryland for me, there were none in Michigan, Ohio, or Illinois <--Three were scheduled to be built but weren't available and weren't being shipped into Mich. Now that summer is over, perhaps I could get a better deal, but again, I'm happy, and that is all that matters.
