Default Looking for advice on dealer's offer

I've got a 2006 Tundra Double Cab right now and I was looking to upgrade to the newer model. They had a 2007 Double Cab on the lot, fully loaded Limited, stickered at 40,500. Dealer's offering it at 30,400 after customer incentive. Think its a good enough offer or could I push lower?

Thanks,
George

Hard to tell without the options, but 30K sounds good for a Limited if we are talking NAV, Entertainment system, TRD Offroad, etc.

Being an '07, I'd look at the Kelly Blue Book, NADA and edmunds Used Car prices (compare or average the trade in, private party and retail prices) and also run an invoice price for an '08 with the same equipment. Problem with the '07 is that you'll still be driving off with a lot more depreciation, and you're only gaining 1 year in model upgrade. '08 has more options available, trim levels, etc., or wait 'til '09 comes out in Aug/Sep. Just my thoughts. I'm looking to get out of my '05 D-cab, but #'s just weren't working in my favor, so I'm holding out.

ya the buyout on my 06 is 4000 dollars more than what the truck's worth passed on the deal, kind of a weird color combination and the rearview camera was broken.

No, I'm where I need to be on trading my '05 at $22k (lease payoff was just under $20k). My problem up here is finding a CrewMax in the color I want w/ the options I need and not w/ those I don't?! I'm not in a rush, and from experience, can get a better deal on a Toyota if it's sitting on someone's lot versus special ordering. Especially w/ these incentives.
