This is a discussion thread titled "08' Incentives.........Gone!", within the Pricing and Dealers forum, part of the Marketplace Forums category.
I just looked on a couple of the local dealer websites and they show no incentives for the Tundra for the month of April! They could just be delayed, but they usually update them right after the experation of the old ones. I hope everyone got their deals closed down before today!

DOH!!! I hope its just delay in updating them. I've got a new truck I'm scheduled to pick up next week. Was anticipating incentives going up or at least staying the same.

With rising gas prices and the glut of V8 trucks flowing into the used market, I think Toyota will again offer incentives this month (and every month) for the 08' Tundra.
I am apalled at the resale of these trucks. Just this weekend, at a major brand dealer, I saw an 07' DC 4x4 SR5 with leather upgrade and only 7,000 miles listing for $24,900. OUCH! Us 4x2 folks are in serious trouble for resale. Fortunately, my plan was to own it for 5+ years, now maybe even longer. I've just not seen a Toyota lose value so quickly.

I think the reason for the resale value has nothing to do with Toyota, but the facts you stated in your first paragraph. Vehicles with the Tundra's MPG just aren't selling well right now.
Ok you guys really freaked me out. Incentives are back and better than last month.
