Default Los Angeles 08 Tundra Lease Special, good deal?

Hi - thinking of getting into this ... being offered by So Cal Toyota dealers:

"Lease example for 2008 Tundra (model # 8241) with FE, CK, CB, HM, EV, TO, WR & C4. Based on gross capitalized cost of $26,731. Security deposit waived. Plus tax and license. Individual dealer prices vary. Lessee pays $0.15 per mile for all mileage over 12,000 miles per year."

Lessee to pay $339 per month for 36 months with $889 total drive off.

I did the numbers on a 08 Tacoma (off road package) and it's close to this ... maybe $6 less per month. I figure this will cost me around $367 per month.

It has the basics ... what I need, but I don't want to get robbed. Any help? Thanks everyone.

That has nothing to do with a good lease deal or not, you have to know the numbers, you have to know more than them on what a good money factor and residual and hidden fees are to know whether it makes financial sense or not.
