Just joined the forum and wanted to seek any experiences or advices you might have. I am currently in the market for a Limited or Plat Sequoia and trying to see the best possible price I can get given the market conditions we are currenly in.
Incentives, interest rates, and sales will play a big role in dealer prices today and hoping to get a price that is within the scale of .89 or better.
If you got a good price on your purchase, please share where you got it from and the options and price you got it for.
Thanks to help on this board. I used antwerpen toyota online pricing as a starting point and then was able to get a platinum Sequoia 4x4 msrp 58,095 including floormats for 50,000 from Darcars Toyota .

Thanks TraderHal,
That was a great deal and tremendous break from MSRP! Is the final price you got without taxes+registration or was it OTD.

50k plus maryland sales tax, tags( i think about 60 since i just moved over plates) $100 bs dealer procesing fee.
I figured they were just break even when you factor in invoce - dealer holdback and wholesale marketing.
a friend said that they had nearly 50 sequoia's over their 3 dealerships in the md area. that is nearly 2.2 million in inventory , carrying costs and etc.
I got my Limited for $47k on a $51k MSRP - 1.9% Interest for 36 months. I used the Costco program (3% over invoice) and I got to see the invoice!. I believe I could have gotten a better deal if the options I wanted were in the dealership, but the options I wanted were not in any of the cars in the lot, so the sales guy helped me configure one that was coming out of the plant with the exact options I wanted.
The net is I got a Limited for 3% over invoice for an almost "a la carte" car. This was done late in March
i think antwerpen in MD can be used as a good starting point 51,600 msrp for 45,466 . I emailed the website to diff dealers so id get a bottom line price

Traderhal,
Was this based on a Plat 4x4 or 4x2?
BoraBill,
The purchase you made at Ontario I take is a SR5 or Limited. I also use Costco
Right now you can get $4,000 off ($2,000 + $2,000 owner loyalty) or take 0% X 60 months plus $2,000 on SR5 and Limited in the NW. My Platinum is going to be in sometime next week and they are not offering any discounts.
As mentioned above, I used Antwerpen as a starting point and called a few dealers around the area and found a limited with every option (nav, rear DVD, power rear door, 20's, cold package, load leveling suspension, DRL's etc.etc.) that was a sticker of $55k and change that we got for $46k - a little over $9k under sticker or roughly $4,500 under invoice!

Sounds like you made a great deal I would like to know if you got the 5.7 engine and if you got the 0% financing seeing that I might just go ahead and trade my Seqouia in for a new one with these great prices.
