Default Cliche' i know, but good deal?

I know this is extremely cliche', but isn't that why eveyone comes to this great site? I have been working with muliple dealers. There is a dealer here offering $7000 off MSRP so i shopped that deal around. I found the 2008 Tundra "Grade" Dbl Cab, 5.7 V8 with cruise, AW mats and bedliner for 27,175 MSRP with another dealer being $340 over that. My offer was 21,865 out the door. Do you think this is a good offer or should i go lower? I have a feeling the 2 dealers that have actually gotten back to me might compete against eachother if i can get someone to send me an email with an out the door price. Thanks for your help in advance, it is much appreciated! Also, should i be expected to pay $500 for a dealer trading another dealer to get a truck i want? That sounded completely ridiculous to me.
