Default Extra Dealer Offers...Worth it???

I just took delivery of an '08 CrewMax 4x4. As is normal, the dealer tried to sell an extended warranty and I've passed so far. But this time, they had several other offers to consider and it got me thinking about whether or not these are good deals. Let me know what you think.

1) Extended warranty (from Toyota) 100k/72 months, includes towing, car rental, etc. $2,030
2) ResistAll - Interior and exterior sealant (I have a three yr. old, a 10 yr. old. and leather interior) $550
3) Road Hazard - Covers tire AND WHEELS - Like what you get at Disc. Tire but includes the wheels. I got the 20" wheels. $464
4) Auto Care - Basically it's prepaid scheduled maintenance with oil changes at 5k miles, for 5 years or 75k miles. $1,160
5) Door Ding protection - Paintless dent removal (I received my first ding to the hood within the first 24 hours courtesy of a tossed beer can on the freeway) $404

I'd appreciate any thoughts you might have, especially on the prepaid maintenance. What am I looking at spending on maintenance at the dealership(no, I don't do any of the maintenance myself)?

I have a week or two to decide on all this.

Thanks,
KJL

Unless they upped their prices by alot from MY 07 to 08 you can get the warranty much cheaper by going online and doing it through another dealer, exact same warranty, just another dealer, when they sold me my 07 they charged something like 1800 for the warranty, went online it was like 900 so i just returned the one and repurchased it.

If that was on a test in Jr high school, the answer would be "E"; none of the above

Run from those deals, way too pricey.
You dont need any of it. 2-5 is a joke. Just remember they are making money, not doing you a favor by offering "insurance".
Number 1 can be had for less than 1K if you really want it.
All of those prices are insane

They're all rip-offs. Extra profit for the dealer, that's all. I remember reading a post from a guy who used to work for a dealer that was charged with applying the fabric protector and paint sealant. He said that half the time they didn't even put the stuff on there, they'd just pull the vehicle in the bay and screw around for 30 minutes, then pull it back out and sign it off. No one could tell the difference. Run away from any of these "deals", a saavy buyer would never pay for that stuff.

Seems like they all covered it above.

The only one I'd consider is the PDR but even then, if you spent $60-80 on one dent, that'd be like 5 dents that needed to be removed. My Expedition of 10 years had like 3-4 and after a while, they build character..
