Default 2005 Sequoia SR5 - used price

Does $17,000 + for a 2005 Sequoia SR5, leather, moonroof, JBL etc. (54000 miles) sound like a decent price? It looks pretty clean in the photos. It is about 100 miles from me and it seems like a good deal, but I am not sure. Also, I might trade my 1997 4Runner SR5 with 133,000 miles - should I even bother - my tires are brand new. Thanks!

Hmm...

I just bought an '04 Limited with 69k miles for $15.2k.

Came with leather and DVD, plus all the extras (heated seats, etc)

Bought it at auction. Nobody else would bid it any higher...
