Default Used Tundra Crewmax prices...need your input!

I've been looking at used Crewmax's lately...found a few that I'm somewhat interested in. I really want the white with graphite interior but it's a hard combo to come by when coupled with bucket seats and 4x4.

On to the trucks I found...:

1. '08 White Crewmax SR5 4x4 5.7 liter. It has the 33k miles (a little on the high side), oak interior (tan) but it does come with a tonneau cover, parking sensors, running boards and tow package/tow mirrors. It's about 375 miles away and the dealer's asking price is about $28,000.

2. '07 Charcoal Crewmax SR5 4x4 5.7 liter. Has 29k miles, tow package, back-up camera, parking sensors, running boards, Flowmaster dual exhaust, Truxx leveling kit. Also appears to have the oak interior but the ad said it had custom black leather...don't know if I'm a fan of that. This one is also about 400 miles away and the private party price is $26,500.

3. '07 Silver Crewmax SR5 4x4 5.7 liter. Has 19k miles, tow package, bed liner, TRD package, parking sensors, graphite interior, moonroof, 6-disc in-dash CD player, tow mirrors, exhaust, air intake and some other extras. It's about 125 miles away and the private party price is $27,500.

Any comments/opinions? I'm planning on checking out #3 this weekend since it's not that far away.

I'd rank them 3, 1, 2 in order of interest to me. #3 seems to be best deal too. But, try to see if they'll go a bit lower .

On another note, have you considered new an 08-09? (There aren't many left, but if you can find one...). I have no problem buying used, but the prices around me don't make any sense when you factor in rebates on new cars (and the small tax incentive you'll get for buying new). Upside down buyers don't want to lose more than they already have. So, they are trying to get what they can. However, after you factor in the "use tax" on the used vehicle it gets close to a new car with a current rebate. So, the actual price difference between them might not be as significant. I'd do the math and see what the actual difference will be.

I haven't found any new '08s left spec'd out the way I want it. The '09s I have found came out to around $31,500 after TT&L (including rebate) for a bare-bones Tundra Grade.

If I wanted an SR5 optioned the way these used cars are, it would probably run me at least around $35k OTD.

I've done some rough calculations and found that the tax deduction would only net me around $400...not worth it in the long run.
