Just thought i would vent a little...Brought my 08 limited to local dealer to have my new 20" carved rims installed.....went to pick up the truck about 2 hours later...Of course i inspected each rim for any obvious damage...everything was looking ok...until i got on the passenger side...there was an obvious scratch and gouge on the spoke of the wheel and several smaller gouges around each bolt hole.....I would have expected the service technician to point out the obvious damage he had done,,,,but of course it was the normal hide and seek game...."maybe he won't notice it", and once he drives off he's screwed," well i immediately notfied the service advisor of this problem...and of course the service manager was gone for the day, so now i need to bring the truck back to the dealer on Monday so we can come up with a resolution for this problem...Has anyone had a similar problem, and was there any resistance in getting a new rim from the dealer...any advice?????
