I got quoted on a double cab non trd 4wd 2010 5.7L msrp of 34703 only 2703 off which they claim was invoice (I think it was a little more to be invoice, not much though) to bring it down to 32K even with a 1750 rebate. I did not jump on it yet since I am contemplating if I see one soon the 4.6L to save an extra 1300 bucks plus pick up hopefully 2-3 mpg. The dealer calculated out 2 mpg increase in fuel economy at 12K driving per year only saves 20 bucks a week or about 240 bucks per year, but it all adds up. They pushed me to buy the 5.7L since they did not have in my color the 4.6L I originally wanted. I told them I will think about it. I wanted 24K trade in but only mustered up 23K and they said that was a lot for a 2007 excellent condition 4wd 5.7L SR5 TRD double cab tundra with only 25K mint condition except for tires and I saw one similarly equipped on their lot with 17K same year, etc. asking price 28900. You tell me they are not going to sell my truck for 26K and only put about 1K into it to make a 2 grand profit and then they tell me they like to at least make only 1K on a trade in to sell it.
edmunds.com lists about 3K off msrp vs. invoice but they did not show me the invoice price like I requested.
