Question Mfgr's Invoice -vs- Dealer Invoice

I am working with a credit union in El Paso, Tx that is requiring that the dealer provide them with the Mfgr's Invoice on the 2010 Tundra CM Limited I want to purchase.

He's sent them the dealer's invoice but this is not good enough for them.

Isn't the Mfgr's Invoice and the Dealer Invoice the same thing ?

The way i understand it is the mfgr invoice is like a suggested retail price as the dealer invoice is what they pay for it including a hold back.

The dealers invoice is the one they receive from their distributor. The manufacturers invoice is probably the one supplied to the distributor.

Toyota sells to distributor(Gulf States Toyota, in my case), GST sells to dealer.

The dealer invoice is probably all they will get.
