Default Tundra Reg cab

Hey Guys,

I am looking at new trucks. I currently have a 94 Ext cab 22re 5-sp 4x4. Have had it Since 96. Well It is time too step up!!

I am looking at the Tundra Reg cab 4x4 Model. First do they still make them? Second do they make them with the new 4.0 v/6 like the new Tacoma?

I didn't see any on the toyota site, but did see them listed on the homepage on this board!!

Well thanks for you time. This is a great place.

Eric

Default Long Bed Tundra

Hey Eric, Welcome to T/S!

Yes, Tundra is available in a regular cab long bed. To get 4WD in a regular cab you must get the V8.
The V8 4WD has been an SR5 until '05 now it's a work truck that you can add SR5 options to.

If you want to save several thousand dollars - my '02 regular cab 4WD V8 is for sale. Click on the links below for the details.

Regards,

Kevin

Talking Moving

Hi Eric,

It got moved because, you were asking about pricing and prospective buying options. The Tundra forum does not specifically deal with that subject. The tundra forum is more or less for new owners and threads concerning your experience with Tundras. Moreover there is a little more information concerning your questions in the Pricing/Dealer Forum. Hope this helps you find the information you want. Don't in anyway feel that is discouraging you from posting other threads about Tundras or commenting in any other forums.

If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to PM or email me or any of the TS.com team

Eric, Welcome neighbor & fellow sledder. The 05 Tundras Reg Cabs only come in 4x2 w/ V6. You may be able to find some holdover 04s that came in the configuration you are looking for. Have you tried the V8? I stepped up from a truck like yours (95 4WD non-tacoma) and haven't regretted it. I always thought the Toy dealer up in Gorham, NH had the biggest selection whenever I drove past on my way up to Maine. Good luck in purchase!
