Used 04 DC prices

Folks, I'm gettin down to the nut cuttin and need your advice on da price!
What's a fair price for an 04 DC 2WD 13,500miles, tow pkg, cloth, bedliner, PW, PDL, heated mirrors, keyless entry, fog lights, running boards. I'm going to try to get him down to $20,000! Do you think I have a chance? Or should I just take the big plunge and buy a new 05 to get the better engine and tranny? Thanks, and wish me luck!!! <G>

No way $20K! Maybe $24(if your lucky!).I too have been checking out pre-owned '04s.My one dealership had 2 on the lot last week.Both were going for $28K??????!!!!!!!!!I don't think so dudes!These were for access cab,SR-5 4x4 v-8.I'd rather have a new 4x2 for $27K.
