Angry Torrance Toyota Sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Service Department at Torrance Toyota is the worst I have ever encountered. I have taken my '03 Tundra there for the very last time today. I have taken my truck to Torrance Toyota on several occasions since I purchased it from Longo Toyota in El Monte....The first time was because the two front windows had ripples in the glass and they replaced it under warranty..while replacing the glass they put several scratches in the paint around the windows....They really never got the scratches out...and I had to take several hours off of work to take it to they're body shop to fix it.

Today I took it there to perform the TSB for the Rattling windows...they fixed the window, but put several scratches in the tint....thus again having to take several hours out of my busy schedule to return there and have them redo the windows.

Any suggestions on what dealer has the best service department in the Los Angeles area.

Arrow Carson Toyota

Well, at least you didn't buy your truck at Keyes...

Carson Toyota would probably be your best bet and not too far from Torrance. Find Steve G in the Parts Department and let him know you are a TS Member. Let him know you need a little TLC and he will get you pointed in the right direction!

You can post a review of your experience here if you wish:

PS: You picked the right color for your truck!

They wouldn't happen to be associated with the Power Automotive Group would they? Sure sounds like my similar experiences in Buena Park!

Best of luck in finding a new dealer that's reputable and honest!

I've heard that same line before about Torrance Toyota...
The service department sucks but they sell their cars at a decent price.
